I’d like to thank all of the artists who have contributed music to the station! I keep hearing people say, “the blues is dead!”, well not from what I hear! There is some absolutely great music out there (Nicole Hart’s new CD, Treasure, sends chills up & down my spine) and detour BLUES has the listeners to prove it! John, I just found your station. I just love the selection you play. I turn detour Blues on, as soon as I turn on my PC. It stays on all day. You get me through dull tasks, with a smile on my face, a spring in my step (I am 71 years old) I am dancing around the house. I remember lots of the songs. My sub-file (brain) is opening back up. I even remember lots of words. Thank You! Keep up the work. A NEW FAN.

I agree with you, there are a lot of great blues artists out there. we need more blues logs! good work. I shall read some more…
